You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use our services for any fraudulent or malicious activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our software without permission.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload to AI Chatbot Assistant - Hero. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and enhance the content as per your requests.

4. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using AI Chatbot Assistant - Hero, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

AI Chatbot Assistant - Hero offers auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscriptions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This app follows Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
